For the third time in four league matches, JCU did not drop a set in posting a 9-0 victory.

Madisyn Rini won at #1 by an 8-3 score, while the tandems of
Catherine Engel and Jennifer Stoyne at #2 and
Nicolette Bourlas and
Natalie Bourlas at #3 captured wins by identical finals of 8-1.
For the Bourlas sisters, it was their 25th career victory together as a doubles duo.
O'Malley, the reigning Ohio Athletic Conference Player of the Week, won at #1 singles by a 6-2 6-0 count against Gretchen Groves. O'Malley is now 15-1 on the year.
Nicolette Bourlas won 6-2 6-2 at #2, while Rini blanked her opponent at #3. Engel at #4,
Katherine Devine at #5, and
Molly Traverso at #6 all won handily to complete the sweep. Traverso improved to 9-0 on the season with her 6-0 6-1 triumph.
John Carroll is now 8-3 overall and 4-0 in the OAC, while Mount Union falls to 9-6 overall and 2-3 in league play.
