Box Score John Carroll women's tennis clinched the OAC regular season title and the first undefeated regular season for the program since 2000 with a 7-0 victory over Marietta College at Beren Tennis Center in Marietta. 

Lauren O'Malley was nearly unblemished in a 6-1, 6-0 victory over Carey Becker in singles action. Madisyn Rini mmatched that mark in her straight sets win, while Nicolette Bourlas and Catherine Engel each walked away with perfect 6-0, 6-0 marks. 

The doubles teams of O'Malley/Rini and Bourlas/Bourlas went 8-0 in their matches, while Engel and Jennifer Stroyne defeated their opponents, 8-2. 

The squad now matches the 8-0 mark set by the 2000 team that finished 14-2 on the year. John Carroll is now 13-3 overall. Next up for JCU is the OAC Tournament, with a preview coming at JCUSports.com.
