The John Carroll volleyball team wrapped up regular season play today in New Concord, Ohio.  The Blue Streaks fell to both the Fighting Muskies of Muskingum University (3-0) and the Denison University Big Red (3-0).

The Blue and Gold started off strong against the Muskies in the first set, both teams going point for point, but fell as Muskingum gained momentum and capitalized on a homecourt advantage.  John Carroll's Sarah Calabrese and Sydney Slater finished off the match with seven kills a piece.

Another close battle, but the competition against the Big Red was a similar story.  Calabrese once again led the way with eight kills, while Kayla Musso contributed a career-high 25 digs.

John Carroll falls to 6-25 for the season and 2-7 in the OAC. The Blue Streaks head into the OAC tournament ranked #8 and will face off against the #1 seed Otterbein University. The Blue Streaks face off against the Cardinals this Tuesday, October 31, at 7:00 P.M.
