JCU swept the doubles matches, and then gave some opportunities to its freshmen in singles play.
The only non freshman to play was
David Sinense, who was dominant at #1 singles, defeating Levi Hall 6-1 6-0.
Andy Siciliano, a freshman who normally plays #4 singles, blanked his opponent at #2 singles.
Andrew Triner improved to 6-1 in his rookie year with a 6-1 6-0 victory at #3 singles.Â
Parjer Holyn at #4,
Doug Moore at #5 and
Randon Rybak at #6 also prevailed. Rybak had to go to a tiebreaker to complete the sweep for the Blue Streaks.
JCU is now 6-7 overall and 4-0 in the OAC.Â
