Upswing Continues For Men's Tennis With Shutout Win Against Muskingum

Box Score John Carroll won its fourth consecutive match Friday afternoon, downing Muskingum by a 9-0 count.

JCU swept the doubles matches, and then gave some opportunities to its freshmen in singles play.

The only non freshman to play was David Sinense, who was dominant at #1 singles, defeating Levi Hall 6-1 6-0. Andy Siciliano, a freshman who normally plays #4 singles, blanked his opponent at #2 singles. Andrew Triner improved to 6-1 in his rookie year with a 6-1 6-0 victory at #3 singles. 

Parjer Holyn at #4, Doug Moore at #5 and Randon Rybak at #6 also prevailed. Rybak had to go to a tiebreaker to complete the sweep for the Blue Streaks.

JCU is now 6-7 overall and 4-0 in the OAC.
