Granted it has not been a continuous rivalry between the two schools over the past 21 years, but John Carroll scored its second win in the series over that span of time, and did so by a record margin Saturday at the Veale Natatorium in Cleveland, Ohio.
The Blue Streaks won today by a 170-128 margin, the second largest for JCU in the history of the series. In 1991, John Carroll won by a 136-90 margin.
The only other win in the last 21 seasons was a 126-115 victory in 2016.
