Women's Lacrosse Set to Host Ohio Northern on Saturday in OAC Tournament Quarterfinal

As the #3 seed, John Carroll will host Ohio Northern on Saturday at 2 pm.

UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS -- Playoff time has arrived.

John Carroll Women's Lacrosse will be hosting Ohio Northern to open the Ohio Athletic Conference Tournament on Saturday at 2 pm.

The Blue Streaks are the #3 seed by virtue of owning a 5-2 OAC record, and thus get to host the OAC Tournament Quarterfinal at Don Shula Stadium.

During the regular season, the Blue Streaks tallied a 20-8 victory over the Polar Bears despite an early lightning delay. Olivia Gerlach led the team to a Senior Day win with a team-high 4 goals. JCU sports an 8-0 record in the series history all-time.

Capital, the #2 seed, will host the winner of JCU vs. ONU next Wednesday. #1 seed Mount Union will host the winner of #5 Otterbein and #4 Marietta.

For fans attending the OAC Tournament, please note that tickets are required for entry. Adult tickets are $10, non-OAC students are $3, while all OAC students are free. Tickets can be purchased here. As usual, live stats and live video will be available.
