Andrew Massucci Snags All-Region Recognition from United Soccer Coaches

Massucci enjoyed a heck of a senior season for JCU Men's Soccer

A star senior has earned recognition to represent John Carroll Men's Soccer. 

Senior Andrew Massucci has been named to the United Soccer Coaches' NCAA Division III All-Region VII Third Team. 

The Pittsburgh native totaled 6 goals and 2 assists from the forward spot this season. Massucci started every game for the Streaks, and was a central piece of the John Carroll offense. 

Massucci's ability to commandeer the offense was on full display during the Blue Streaks' October 25 matchup against Wabash. During this outing, Massucci recorded both a goal and an assist in John Carroll's 3-1 victory. JCU finished with a 5-1 record when he scored a goal.

Massucci finishes his senior season with a number of accolades, including two North Coast Athlete of the Week awards and All-NCAC First Team nods, along with College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors. 

The leadership and experience Massucci brought to the team was unmatched throughout the season, and his efforts have been rewarded.
