FORT WAYNE, Ind. -- John Carroll's very own Luke Frazier is not done on the hardwood just yet.

The senior JCU Men's Basketball star has been selected to play the 2025 NABC Division III College All-Star Game to be held Saturday, March 22 at 1 p.m. ET at Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

The NABC (National Association of Basketball Coaches) announced the news today. Frazier will play on the team coached by DePauw's head coach, Bill Fenlon.

After transferring into John Carroll before the 2022-23 season, Frazier's time at JCU has been filled with success, both individually and at the team level.

In his first campaign with the Blue Streaks, Frazier led the team in scoring, averaging 15.8 points per game. His scoring totals were highlighted by a career high 36-point outburst in a win against Baldwin Wallace.

Frazier's performance that year helped lead John Carroll to a total record of 23-5, including a 16-2 mark in the OAC, clinching a share of the regular season title and earned him a spot on the All-OAC First Team.

Going into the 2023-24 season, there were high expectations all around for Frazier and the Blue Streaks. Those expectations were met as Frazier would help guide John Carroll to both the OAC Regular Season & Tournament Championships, earning a spot in the NCAA Tournament for the second straight year.

Luke showed improvements in just about every stat as he led the team in scoring with 18.9 points per game, averaging 6.3 rebounds per game, and tallying 37 blocks on the season. Throughout the campaign, Frazier recorded four double-doubles including a 26-point, 11-rebound performance in a win at Baldwin Wallace.

In the 2024 OAC Tournament, Frazier would take his game to another level, scoring 26 points in the semifinal win against Marietta before going off for 28 in the championship game against Mount Union.

Luke's performance earned him an array of awards as he took home the OAC Tournament MVP and a spot on the All-OAC First Team yet again. Frazier would also receive national recognition, as he was named to the D3hoops.com All-Region team and the NABC Second Team All-District.

Going into his third and final season with the Blue Streaks, the expectations were once again high as Frazier was named a D3hoops.com All-America Fourth Teamer before the season started.

The Blue Streak squad was met with adversity early on but they managed to persevere through, as Frazier guided the Blue Streaks to their third consecutive OAC regular season title and second straight OAC tournament title.

Frazier once again topped the team in scoring, averaging 17.3 points a game, and grabbed 6.8 rebounds per game, second most on the team. Frazier also tallied 3 double-doubles on the year.

Frazier's performances did not go unnoticed, as he was named an OAC Athlete of the Week twice, as well as being named to the D3hoops.com Team of the Week once. The OAC recognition wouldn't end there, as Luke became just the second Blue Streak ever to appear on the All-OAC First Team in three straight years and the third ever Blue Streak to be named OAC Player of the Year. His performances in the OAC Tournament also earned him a spot on the All-OAC Tournament Team for the second time in his career.

Frazier ends his career with 1,479 points, good enough for eighth-most in program history and 10th in scoring average with 17.4 points per game. Frazier also broke into the top 10 in blocks with a total of 79, putting himself at ninth most all time.

Despite all the individual success, the team success that Frazier helped lead this team to is arguably the most impressive. Leading the team in scoring for three straight years, Frazier and the Blue Streaks earned themselves a record of 71-11 (48-6 OAC) on their way to a three-peat of the OAC Regular Season title, two OAC Tournament championships, and three trips to the NCAA Tournament, including the opportunity to host the first two rounds in 2024.
