Joe Nadur shined in the 400 IM as the Blue Streaks' first individual medalist of the meet. The senior soared in the event, cutting five seconds from his prelim time in the difficult event. Touching the wall in 4:00.13, the Dublin, Ohio native roared for third place. Sam Kmet (15th) and Jacob Burton (16th) did good work in the B final.

Cameron Cook provided one of the top moments of the meet for John Carroll. The Virginian trimmed time from his 200 Free, clipping enough time for an NCAA B cut. His mark of 1:37.84 secured an NCAC medal as an all-conference performer in a race that saw six B cuts. Nathan Reigle (15th) and Kyle Priset (17th) swam well in the B final.

The 100 Breaststroke was chock full of Blue Streaks. Bart Kubis steered the JCU contingent, flying through the water for a time of 55.15, good for JCU's second B cut of the evening. The Illinois native's tally of 55.15 stood fourth, just .03 out of medalist range. Alex Gallagher nipped at his heels in fifth at 55.34. Ian Hofmann (56.10, 8th) and Patrick Branch (56.39, 9th) rounded out the JCU quartet in the A final of the event.

Michael Vertikoff won the B final of the 100 Butterfly in strong fashion, cutting time for 10th place and 22 points for JCU. Dominic Falcon (16th) and Kyle Priset (17th) both tabbed nice points in the B final. Owen Holm won the C final, while Bailey Parsons (T-20th) and Mario Bondy (23rd) also scored.

Jacob Florio continued his fantastic freshman meet. The North Royalton native excelled in the 100 Back, as his time of 49.79 stood third, good enough for all-conference recognition. The young swimmer is making quite the impression. Meanwhile, David Miller snagged seventh with a time of 50.27. Vertikoff cut time for 11th overall (second in the B final), followed by Logan Snively in 14th.

The evening ended with another JCU relay squad snagging a bronze medal. Branch, Falcon, Holm, and Cook combined for a fantastic time of 1:21.80. That third-place mark netted 60 points for JCU.
