Sam Su Earns NCAC Men's Mid/Distance Athlete Of The Week After Perfoemance At Georgia Tech This Past Weekend

UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS – The sophomore from Woodridge continues to impress.

Sam Su is your NCAC Men's Mid/Distance Athlete of the Week for the second time this track & field season; counting both indoor and outdoor seasons.

This past weekend, Sam ran in his first 1500 meter run this outdoor season at the Georgia Tech Invitational in Atlanta, Georgia and really made it count.

He placed fifth overall, clocking in at 3:46.83 and is now ranked fifth in Division III with that time.

After having a historical indoor season, Sam will look to repeat history for himself in these next few weeks and contribute heavily for the men.

Sam and the rest of the men's track & field program will have a busy week ahead as they will be competing at the Mount Union Classic on Thursday, April 23rd and the Ashland Alumni Invite on Saturday, April 25th.
