Men's Tennis Drops Fall Finale At Edinboro

Looking to end the fall season on a high note, the John Carroll University men's tennis team dropped a 6-3 contest to Edinboro on Saturday.

The Blue and Gold trailed from the start dropping two of the three doubles points. The duo of Alex Guthrie and Dillon O'Brien prevailed 8-6.

JCU won at Nos. 1 and 4 singles. Jad Abdul-Aal needed three sets but held on for the 7-6, 5-7, 10-8 win over Matias Aignasse. Tyler Cole recovered dropping the second set for the 6-4, 2-6, 6-2 win.

John Carroll opens spring play at Ohio Wesleyan on February 14.
