Kyle Mollison pulled out a key 9-7 win at No. 1 doubles besting Mount Union's top duo of Rob DeMarco and Jeff Williams. The gutsy doubles win set up for a breeze in single's play.

Abdul-Aal coasted to a 6-2, 6-1 win at No. 1 singles. He would be joined moments later by
Tyler Cole who had a 6-1, 6-1 win at No. 6 singles.
Nick Siciliano clinched the match at No. 4 singles with a 6-1, 6-1 win.

John Carroll picked up a second doubles point. Siciliano and
Alex Guthrie posted an 8-3 win at No. 3.

John Carroll improved to 10-11 with the win while Mount Union fell to 14-6.

John Carroll will be making its first appearance in the OAC Tournament championship since 2011.

More importantly the win over Mount Union will prove to be significant in terms of the OAC male all-sports trophy as the two teams are currently neck-and-neck.
