Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 John Carroll women's tennis earned a pair of victories over the weekend, sweeping Mount Union on Friday and blanking Muskingum on Saturday at Ursuline College in Pepper Pike, Ohio.

JCU is now 10-9 overall and a perfect 6-0 in the OAC. Mount Union drops to 9-5, 4-2 OAC, and Muskingum is 3-9 and 1-5 in OAC play.

Lauren O'Malley went 4-0 on the weekend, losing just two total games over #1 singles and #1 doubles. Madisyn Rini also went 4-0, and the pairing swept matches with UMU and MU.

Nicolette Bourlas won a pair of 6-1, 6-1 decisions at #3 singles, and earned a doubles victory with sister Natalie Bourlas on Friday. Natalie Bourlas won her singles match on Saturday, 6-0, 6-0.

Molly Traverso won the #6 singles match (6-0, 6-0) on Friday and the #4 match (6-1, 6-0) on Saturday.

Ellie Cole was 2-0 on Saturday, going 6-0, 6-0 and sweeping a doubles match with Katherine Devine. Devine topped her opponent in a hard-fought 6-3, 6-3 win.

On Friday and Saturday, Jennifer Stroyne and Carlye Campagna topped their opponents in doubles, 8-3, 8-0. Stroyne also won her singles match on Friday, 6-1, 6-3.
