Cam Klauke Posts High Finish In The 60 Meter Dash
As the Blue Streaks prepare for next week's OAC Indoor Championships, the team traveled to Case Western Reserve University for the Ed Finnigan Greater Cleveland Colleges Invite for Friday competition.

Final Results

The day got started with the throws in the men's shot put as junior Matt Russo would place second in the event with a throw of 14.74 meters in the second flight. Russo continues to place high finishes moving forward.

Continuing in the field events, Jimmy Kartsonas (13.12 meters) and Jeremy Frazao (13.04 meters) would place in the top 5 in the triple jump overall.

Moving on to the running events, the men's 400 meters had a good showing as junior Evan Piscitani would win his heat in the event with a time of 52.68 seconds. Just following the 400 was the 60 meter dash as Garrett Clark (6.99 seconds) and Cam Klauke (7.01 seconds) would place first and third overall. This would be a personal best for Klauke as he currently sits at seventh in the OAC. Freshman Liam Noss would continue his progression as he would run 1:59.62 in the 800 meter race in his heat, posting a personal best in the event.

The Blue Streaks will be traveling to New Concord, Ohio for the OAC Indoor Track & Field Championships, hosted by Muskingum University as the indoor track & field season is wrapping up.
