Abby Schroff Earns NCAC Women's Mid/Distance Athlete Of The Week After Solid Performances At BU And Tufts University
CLEVELAND – The senior out of Lewis Center, Ohio made program history this past weekend.

Abby Schroff is your NCAC Women's Mid/Distance Athlete of the Week for her stellar efforts in Boston at both the BU David Hemery Valentine Invite and the Tufts Cupid Challenge.

The weekend got started at the Tufts Cupid Challenge, where Abby helped the relay run a time of 12:02.63 to place fourth overall. That time now puts them at fourth in Division III.

Next, at BU, Abby competed in both the mile and 3000 meter run events. She broke five minutes in the mile for the first time in her career, followed by a school record effort in the 3000 meter, running 10:00.85.

It was a historical weekend for Schroff as she will now look to continue to perform at a high level for the Blue Streaks with the conference championships being two weeks away.

The women's track & field team will compete at the Ed Finnigan Invitational hosted by Case Western Reserve University this Friday, February 20th.
