Boyle, Hoyser, Malley, and VonLehmden Star as 2025-26 GCAA Cobalt Golf All-America Scholars

NORMAN, Okla. – For the first time this decade, John Carroll Men's Golf can claim four All-America scholars.

On Monday, the Golf Coaches Association of America released the 2025-26 Cobalt Golf All-America Scholars for NCAA Division III.

Wade Boyle, London Hoyser, Austin Malley, and Justy VonLehmden represent John Carroll as All-America scholas. Both Malley and Hoyser are repeat honorees after winning the recognition in 2025. 

The Blue Streak quartet shined in guiding the Blue Streaks to the North Coast Athletic Conference crown and to the NCAA Tournament.

Wade Boyle averaged a round of 73.8, saving the best for last by winning medalist honor at the NCAC Championships. The rising senior from Greensburg, Pennsylvania notched three other top-10 finishes throughout the season. The Accounting major earned All-NCAC honors after the campaign.

London Hoyser enjoyed a solid junior year, averaging a round of 74.8. The Pittsford, New York native tabbed a couple top-5 finishes this year, including a third-place effort at the Caschera/DiCillo Classic. The Finance major also repped JCU in the postseason with pride.

Austin Malley starred as a junior this past season, averaging a 74.4. The Venetia, Pennsylvania native tabbed four top-10 finishes this past campaign. The Middle Childhood Education major earned NCAC Athlete of the Week three times and then All-NCAC recognition. In addition, Malley stood as a College Sports Communicators Academic All-District winner. 

Justy VonLehmden often guided the Blue Streaks last year, running up an average of 72.0 this season. The rising senior garnered a second-place finish at the NCAC Championships after winning the Caschera/DiCillo Classic and the Ted Barclay Invitational. The Finance major tallied NCAC Athlete of the Week in the fall and snagged All-NCAC honors following the spring.
