Sophomore Matt Andrews was a leader on the track this weekend, helping the John Carroll men's indoor track and field team to a fifth-place finish in the Joe Banks Invitational in Ada, Ohio. 

Andrews broke the program record in the one-mile run with a time of 4:17.01, earning him OAC Athlete of the Week honors on Monday. 

Andrews' one-mile run time broke the decade-old record set by Cyril Pinchak in 2006.
