Box Score John Carroll won its 11th consecutive Ohio Athletic Conference regular season match dating back to lst season by topping Heidelberg, 9-0, in Tiffin Tuesday afternoon.

The Blue Streaks moved swiftly through the doubles competition. Jad Abdul-Aal and David Sinense won 8-1 in the #1 match to move to 6-0 in league play, while Dillon O'Brien and Scott Adsit won 8-5 in the #2 match to moe to 5-0 against OIAC competition.

Nick Siciliano began his stellar day by teaming with Tyler Cole to win 8-0 at #3 doubles.

He then turned his attention to singles play, where he was part of the John Carroll group of six that dropped a grand total of nine games.

Abdul-Aal won his 48th career singles match by blanking Jonathan Long 6-0 6-0. Sinense won 6-1 6-0 in the #2 match, while Siciliano won 6-0 6-2 in the #3 match.

Some back of the line-up reshuffling had some faces in new places. Adsit played #4 singles for just the second time this year and produced a 6-2 6-1 victory. O'Brien had a rare opportunity to play singles and improved to 4-2 on the year woth a 6-0 6-0 win in the #5 slot.

The team's lone senior, Alex Mihaswon 6-1 6-2 at the #6 spot. 

John Carroll is now 9-7 overall and 6-0 in the OAC, while Heidelberg slips to 5-7 overall and 2-3 in league play.
