CLEVELAND – Championship competition is just around the corner as the Blue Streaks are headed into their first NCAC Outdoor Championship meet.

The men's track & field team will enter the 2026 NCAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships at third in the pre-championship poll with a total of 63 points.

Going in as the favorite are the Wittenberg Tigers with 80 points and eight first place votes, who won the indoor conference championship meet this past February.

In second are the Little Giants of Wabash College with 73 points and one first place vote.

Rounding out the final six teams in the latest poll are Ohio Wesleyan (54), DePauw (41), Kenyon (35), Denison (25), Oberlin (25), and Wooster (9).

The Blue Streaks have collected several national ranked performances throughout the outdoor season and have continued to reach conference standards in many events.

With just one week away from the outdoor championships, the men will look to achieve new marks and personal bests in their last week of regular season competition.

Next up for the team will be the Ashland Alumni Invite hosted at Ashland University on Friday-Saturday, April 24th-25th, as well as the 2026 NCAC Combined Events taking place at Denison University on Saturday-Sunday, April 25th-26th.
