Hall of Fame
Buckiso qualified for the NCAA Division III tournament three times, claiming All-American status twice. He was the national runner-up in 1990 and placed eighth in 1992. His 79 career wins placed him twelfth all-time upon graduation.
Buckiso earned the Ohio Athletic Conference Most Valuable Wrestler in 1992. He was a four-time conference champion covering two different leagues (PAC in 1989, OAC in 1990, 1991, and 1992). His teams won conference titles in 1989 (PAC), 1991 (OAC), and 1992 (OAC) and finished in the top 12 nationally on three occasions.
