Minor helped the Blue Streaks on the gridiron as a varsity end on the football team from 1949-51.He recorded 53 career receptions and had 14 total touchdowns. Minor was also named All-Big Four and was All-Ohio. Â
In 1950, his record setting 30.9 yards a reception helped a talented Blue Streak team go 8-2. He also holds the record for the best career reception average of 23.5 receiving yards per game.
