Posted a career record of 58-15. Captured three PAC titles as a three-year starter at 167 pounds. Fought his way to a pair of victories to help John Carroll win the NCAA team title in 1975.
Selected as a tri-captain along with fellow Hall-of-Famers Mark Hawald & Jack Mulhall for the 1976 squad, which finished second in the nation.
Placed third at Division III Championships, captured his third PAC title and won his second National Catholic Invitational crown as a senior
