Hall of Fame
A member of the class of 1990, Mary Ann Montagne was a four-year starter and letterwinner for the John Carroll volleyball team.
Earning All-PAC first team accolades in both 1987 and 1988, as well as All-OAC second team honors in 1989, Montagne was a vital player for the Blue Streaks. She was the career leader in both assists and service aces at the time of graduation, and she still holds the aces record at the time of her induction.
Montagne helped the Blue streaks to win the PAC championship in 1988 with a 12-0 league record in a year in which the Blue Streaks posted a 30-6 overall record and set a then-program record for victories in a single season. This team also had the longest winning streak of any team at JCU (20 matches in a row) at that time.
