Mullally, who was the first (and currently the only) volleyball player in John Carroll history to be named an All-American, was accorded that honor twice over the final two seasons of her career.

She was selected as an American Volleyball Coaches Association second team All-American in both 1993 and 1994. Mullally was also named first team All-Great Lakes region in 1993 and 1994 as well as being named second team in 1992. Mullally was named OAC Player of the year twice and was selected to the All-OAC first team three times.

She graduated as the Ohio Athletic Conference leader for both kills in a season and career, and was the owner of 11 school records.

Her team won the OAC championship in 1992 and 1993, and she was instrumental in leading the Blue Streaks to the round of 16 in 1993 and the “Elite Eight” in 1994 of the NCAA Division III Volleyball Championship.
