Geza Terezhalmy was a pioneer in the history of the John Carroll University men's soccer program. He was a three-time first team all-conference player in John Carroll's first three years in the Presidents' Athletic Conference as voted on by the league's head coaches.
Terezhalmy was part of John Carroll's first varsity team, earning All-PAC honors on a squad that finished 6-1-1 in 1964. He was the Blue Streaks' first three-time All-PAC player – a feat not matched again until the early 1980's.
