Hall of Fame
Joe was a member of the varsity football team at John Carroll. He played Varsity halfback from 1953-1956.
He became Cleveland's Touch Club MVP in 1956 for his excel on the offensive side of the ball. He was also an All-PAC selection in 1956 and JCU team MVP in 1956.
He was also a member of the track team during his spring semester senior year and was named the Captain in 1957.Â
