Hall of Fame
Head wrestling coach from 1964-87. DeCarlo coached JCU to 21 consecutive PAC and 13 NCIT championships. He also led the blue streaks to NCAA Division III national championship in 1975.
He was named the National Catholic Coach of the Year 1973-75 and the NCAA College Division Coach of the Year in 1974.
He became the head football coach from 1987-98. He was the All-time football coaching leader with a record of 90-27-4 and led JCU to two OAC titles (1989 &1994) and two NCAA playoff appearances (1989 &1997) Athletic Director 1987-2002
