John Carroll University Athletics

Duchez was a two-time All- Big Four conference selction and capain of the Blue Streaks during his time at Carroll  He was a four time varsity letterman as well as a two year starter for John Carroll. The last two years with Duchez on the team the Blue Streaks had a record of 10-6-3. In 1938 he was named to the Blue Streaks All-time team.

At the time of his induction Duchez had coach Westlatke High School football and basketball for 36 years.
