Ben Adams was a distinguished wrestler during his career competing for John Carroll Wrestling. Adam won three OAC Championships at 184 pounds from 2008-10, the most conference titles in program history at that weight class. He posted 97 career wins, which ranked eighth all-time in JCU history at the time of his graduation. He was also one of seven JCU wrestlers to be an OAC champion three or more times at the time. A three-time NCAA Championships qualifier, Adams earned All-American honors as a senior in 2010 with an eighth-place finish. Adams excelled academically, earning CoSIDA Second Team Academic All-American honors in 2010. He was also a three-time Scholar All-American and earned Academic All-OAC each year from 2008-10.
